Before becoming licensed, I was a principle in a small family-owned real estate investment company. For close to twenty years, we bought, rehabbed and sold more than fifty residential properties. I decided it was time to hang up my overalls in favor of business casual and offer buyers and sellers the benefit of my experience in making this critical home-buying/selling decision.
